Refurbishment of historic Turkish baths and swimming pool, Northumberland Road, Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The project also included the creation of a new city centre gymnasium, for Fusion Lifestyles Limited.

ALCC acted as Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer for the CDM Regulations, for this great development close to the centre of historic Warkworth, Northumberland.

The re-development of Hirst Park, including a new Grow Zone building, for use by students of the nearby college, new tennis court surfacing, a MUGA pitch, re-planting works and a new water-play park.

Re-surfacing and re-configuration of the short term car park, at Newcastle International Airport, the project includes two new glazed steel walkway canopies, to shelter travellers from the elements as they approach the airport. We are acting as quantity surveyors, working with Contractors BCE Northern Limited.

Construction of the ongoing Northumberland Retail Park development, for Northumberland Estates. Currently under construction are a new B&M store, with garden centre, and a JD Gym at first floor, more retail units to follow.
