ALCC Limited provided Bills of Quantities for landscaping and remodelling of the approach areas to Darlington Railway Station.

The re-development of Hirst Park, including a new Grow Zone building, for use by students of the nearby college, new tennis court surfacing, a MUGA pitch, re-planting works and a new water-play park.

Major civil engineering works, including soil nailing and piling arrays, to protect Scarborough Spa from landslip damage. We are pleased to be acting as NEC Cost Manager for Scarborough Borough Council, works commenced in May 2018 and are due for completion in November 2019.

Cost planning for a stage 1 bid to the Heritage Lottery Fund, a £6.5 million restoration and improvement project for the historic park. We are pleased to continue our association with the South Cliff Gardens Project and are now appointed for services on the slope stabilisation civil engineering works.
