Employer’s Agent is normally the term used under a Design and Build Contract. However, it can also apply to any project where the Client seeks to employ a professional consultant to manage the project on their behalf.

We are fully conversant with the range of contracts which may be used including the JCT and NEC suites of contracts, as well as bespoke agreements.

I engaged ALCC Limited as Employer’s Agents for my construction project to build a new luxury home at Ramside Park, Durham, which is currently ongoing. They have assisted in the process of selecting and engaging a contractor, produced a robust cost plan for the project, which we are monitoring against as the works proceed.
