Extension to existing facilities building for use by the charity client, the building is based upon shipping containers and features a subsidised community grocery shop selling some produce from the garden, teaching and office facilities.

ALCC Limited are providing quantity surveying services for this residential apartments project in Hexham, Northumberland.

ALCC Limited provided Bills of Quantities for landscaping and remodelling of the approach areas to Darlington Railway Station.

We are proud to have been involved with the creation of a new dental practice, featuring eight surgery rooms and a great view of Alnwick Castle,  we acted as Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor for Castle Dental Care. The site is at Bondgate Within, Alnwick.

Refurbishment of offices, Healthcare Hub, Seaton Delaval.

ALCC Limited acted as Monitoring Surveyors for an excellent residential project by Altoria Developments.

The works in this project were the creation of a new Wheel Chair Services Centre, at the Healthcare Hub, Seaton Delaval, including a new wheel chair orientation track externally, consultation rooms, offices and meeting areas.
