We are proud to be acting as Contract Administrator and Principal Designer (for CDM) for the construction of thirty new homes in Eshottheugh, Northumberland. The showhouse is constructed with further units about to commence shortly.

The project constructs three new houses, to be powered by hydrogen, produced by the new hydrogen plant also on-site, which will also have capacity to power hundreds of existing homes within Methil. The refurbishment and extension of an existing house, close to the beach in Bamburgh, Northumberland, including new car ports and surfing rooms with showers, plus a panoramic frameless window with views of Coquet Island, Holy Island and Bamburgh Castle.

We acted as Employer’s Agent on behalf of The Trustees of The Albury Estate. The project was Meadside Cottages near Guildford, a terrace of four cottages with rear parking and gardens.

ALCC acted as Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer for the CDM Regulations, for this great development close to the centre of historic Warkworth, Northumberland.
