Building work has now been completed at our new Pets at Home store in Alnwick, for Northumberland Estates, which is due to be open for business on Thursday 21st July. We provided Quantity Surveying services for this project.
The store is located on the Willowburn Retail Park and the development includes an associated servicing area and the provision of additional car-parking spaces (including accessible parking) to the Willowburn Retail Park.
The new retail unit has a floor space of more than 6,000 sq ft and a mezzanine level of more than 3,000 sq ft, intended for veterinary and dog-grooming services.
