I engaged ALCC Limited as Employer’s Agents for my construction project to build a new luxury home at Ramside Park, Durham, which is currently ongoing. They have assisted in the process of selecting and engaging a contractor, produced a robust cost plan for the project, which we are monitoring against as the works proceed.
